Warranty and Return: 14 Days Return Warranty
We always take pride in our product quality and strict quality control. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 14 calendar Days Return Warranty after you received your order (which is shown by the delivery information). Unsuitable or defective merchandises are subject to return or compensation within 14 days.
Once you place an order and receive the goods, it means accepting our agreement, which will take effect immediately.
- As we all know, it is a normal phenomenon that the size difference of clothing products is 2-4 centimeters. We are so grateful if you can understand and accept the slight size difference.
- Please notice that there might be a slight color difference between the product picture on our website and the actual product due to different monitors’ settings. We are committed to presenting the true appearance of the product, including its color. However sometimes the color difference is inevitable. We are grateful if you can understand and accept the slight color difference.
- Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. The only valid return address is provided by our customer service! Any return or exchange will be valid only if our customer service department accepted. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong return address.
Ⅰ. Return Process

In order to guarantee a fast and efficiently warranty process, please send us your order number (if you don’t know your order number, you can ask our customer service), describe the issue carefully and provide us with pictures that can display the problem. Once we have received your return details, we will reply you within 24 hours on business days and 48 hours on non-business days after receiving your emails. We will do our best to support your request.
After negotiation, if you have come to the process of return, please send us valid return information of your order including the full photos of the items you will return, your order number (it can be attached on the return package), the picture of your return package and the return tracking information. If you do not provide sufficient information especially return tracking number, we have the right to reject your request for return. Thank you for your understanding and we deeply appreciate your cooperation.
Most of all, please finish your return and send us all the return things needed within 7 calendar days after being given the return address. If you have other important things to do and don’t have time to complete your return, you can inform us by sending emails about when you will make your return and send us the return information. Our customer service will extend your return process after receiving your emails.
- You can return items within 14 calendar days after delivery (which is shown by the delivery information). We have friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need to do is to contact us and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number and the pictures that can show the item’s issue directly.
- Please notice that any item that has been used does not qualify for a return. Please return your order with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, and the labels should be attached. (If the items don’t have the labels, you can ignore this point about the labels attached.)
- We are responsible or partially responsible for all following defective items within 14 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, very poor quality materials, obvious color difference, the major difference between the photographed product and the product received. All these defective items are supposed to be checked by us. The buyers are supposed to send us the photos of the defective items to check.
Note : If there was a large color gap between the actual product and the color displayed on our website. When you provide picture evidences, please take pictures of the product under natural daylight. Be noticed that not to take any pictures under nighttime lighting or under intense sunlight. These extreme conditions can cause unrealistic appear of the picture.
- If the buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or does like the item (item is not faulty) or think the items received are not as expecting, we can allow return once we receive all the information in point. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned merchandise.
- Any underwear or swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged if they're tried on ever.
- Because of the wrong address you left is wrong or delivered unsuccessfully lead to the package sent back or damaged by the shipping company, we won’t refund or resend for free.
- If you insist on returning the product and refunding it, as we have already paid the cost of sending it out, and we cannot continue to sell the product you returned, it affects our supply chain and the needs of other customers, causing us to big lose.All items returnable are subject to a 20%-30% restocking fee within the 14 calendar days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned.
- The items can not be returned or exchanged or refunded after you chose any kind of compensation.
III. Exchange& Refund
You can exchange your item if the size is not suitable, the color is not your favorite or the other personal reasons. But the shipping fee of this exchange including your delivery and our delivery is your responsibility. In view of your cost, we suggest you to keep your item and place a new order with a discount that we will offer you.
You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund once we received your returned items.
NOTE: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

- comdoes not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size for personal reasons.
- Customer’s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
